Tailored Image’s Contacts department is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist with the development of our growing business and to ensure delivery of a professional level of service. The candidate will ideally have a history of Customer Service experience, Administration, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and with others as required.
Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Use of Freshdesk to manage customer queries and resolutions
Help customers use our online ordering portal and process orders
Ownership of queries and projects with timely responses provided
Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges
Learn how to utilise our databases to improve customer satisfaction
Internal and external reporting
Oversight of operations to ensure client SLA’s are being achieved
Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines
Requirements
Customer Service Representative experience or similar
Informative and friendly attitude
Demonstration of taking initiative and ownership
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Able to work strongly in a team, or independently
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience
