We are Hiring – Account Manager

Tailored Image’s Contracts department is hiring an Account Manager to assist with the development of our growing business and to ensure delivery of high levels of service.  The candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Account Management, be skilled in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and have experience of being the dedicated point of contact for their customers.

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to your customers concerns and needs, thus improving customer satisfaction
  • In conjunction with the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager, set annual revenue and margin targets for your accounts
  • Ensure all necessary endeavours are taken to achieve business and personal KPI’s and Objectives
  • In conjunction with the Planning and Forecasting Manager, forecast for your customer accounts
  • Provide Management Information to your customers
  • Internal and external reporting as and when required
  • Ensure all Customer SLA’s are achieved
  • Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines
  • Prepare for and lead regular customer review meetings
  • Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Be involved in contract extension proposals and re-tenders for your customers
  • Drive efficiencies and value add in your customer accounts
  • Schedule regular calls, meetings, and visits to your customers
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Meet regularly with other departments to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the service provided to your customer
  • Ensure minutes are taken at all customer meetings and circulated to all involved.
  • Manage your dedicated Account Co-ordinator/Customer Service Representative, ensuring they are achieving their KPI’s and providing support when required.
  • Overarching responsibility to ensure customer queries on Freshdesk are answered within the set KPI per customer


  • 3 years professional experience in Account Management
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with problem solving skills
  • Able to work strongly independently and as part of a team
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
