Tailored Image was right on target with its quirky hospitality uniform designs for Buillitt Hotel, located in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter in Belfast. This boutique hotel takes its name and branding from the classic 1968 Steve McQueen movie, a big favourite for lovers of epic car chases and all things Californian. It is one of Belfast’s most happening hotels with its cool courtyard, laid back restaurant and roof top bar.
Beannchor, the company behind Bullitt understands that staff are an important part of the hotel’s brand. Beannchor briefed Tailored Image to produce quirky hospitality uniforms for various roles within the hotel, that incorporated its brand identity and values. The hotel is a destination in itself, with lots of specially commissioned artworks creating an energy which is particularly appealing to the style conscious traveller.
Tailored Image’s in-house design team understood that the hotel was very focused on delivering an unforgettable experience for its customers. They used a range of alternative materials and techniques to produce a collection of mix and match garments that would create stand out in the competitive hospitality industry.
The bespoke uniform designed for Bullitt was a combination of digitally printed denim look aprons with heavy weight cotton t-shirts and linen grandad collar shirts, featuring the hotel’s logo in various forms. Contrasting bright reds and dark black colours punctuated with leather apron straps and stand out yellow name badges were used to complete each staff member’s individual look.
